You get a clear picture of where you're leaking work and what it's worth to fix. If automation isn't the move, we say so. That honesty is the point.
Build
We build only what the audit proved out. No bloated scope, no features you'll never touch. You end up owning a system that does a specific job and does it well, and we're there when it's time to add the next piece.
