What does TradeBaseAI actually do?

How do we start?

Every engagement starts with a Discovery Call, then an AI Audit. The call is a straight conversation about how your business runs. The audit maps where you're actually losing work and what it's worth to fix. Only then do we build, and only what the audit proves out. If automation isn't the right move, we'll tell you.

Do I have to use all of it at once?

No, and you shouldn't. We build in a deliberate order: a text agent first, then a voice agent, then a personal assistant, then a dispatcher. Each one reaches further into your business than the last, so you prove the cheap thing before you pay for the big one. Because it's one connected system, adding the next rung later is a switch, not a rebuild.

Should I start with text or voice?

Text, almost always. It's the cheapest to run, you can test it yourself in about a minute, and a customer who gets a fast text back never wonders who wrote it. Voice costs more and carries more risk, so it's worth adding once the text agent has booked you real work. If your calls are the thing bleeding money and you already know it, we'll say so and start there instead.

Can I buy just the AI Audit?

Yes. The audit is a service on its own, not a step you have to buy your way past. You get a map of how your business actually runs, the specific places work is slipping, what each gap costs, and a scoped plan with a clear price. It's yours to keep whether or not we ever build anything for you.
