TradeBaseAI was started by Mychail Van Wyk after two decades in the construction industry, from building with his hands as a young tradesman to managing multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects across design, engineering, and construction.
The pattern was the same everywhere: skilled people in the field, phone buzzing in their pocket, leads going unanswered. Crews on a roof can't pick up. A plumber under a sink can't reply to a text. A foreman running a job site can't break away to book an appointment. By the time the workday ends and the calls get returned, the customer has already hired someone else.
